| Title:
A
Kingdom Without A King by Robert Beddard. |
|
Description:
On 11th December 1688 King James II fled from his home
taking with him the seal of government. As the news spread
there was mob rule on the streets. The troubles were contained
by the Earl of Rochester who took over the reins of government
along with some other peers until the return of the king.
Before long there would be a new king on the throne. This
book puts together the Journals of the Provisional Government
in the Revolution of 1688 from the original documents
and put into modern day language.
