War of 1812.

has maintained a varied range of activities throughout his
life. A collector of antiques, which he has published, books
on this subject. He was a director of a family timber business
and also restored Fordell Castle, the seat of the Henderson
family. He has a keen interest in the naval history of the
period of this book and has a superb knowledge of the technical
and tactical aspects of this naval period. |
